    Insolvency is when liabilities cannot be paid as and when due. If that were the case the directors would have to put the company into administration to protect themselves immediately. Has not happened. The speculation is harsh, until clarity provided.

    SGR is not insolvent. The cashflow issues are structural - short term cashflow is down, expenses are up, and regulatory and legal uncertainty a persistent concern. Add to that QWB cost much more in time and money to build than expected. QWB is currently open as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) it's income potential for from mature.

    No wonder prudent management are exploring many avenues to remedy the structural issues and provde a path to prosperity. If it takes a bit longer than a couple days, and yields the results, it was the right approach.

    Just got to be patient and wait for announcements. Anything else is media hype and speculation.
