it strikes me as odd as to why at this point the requirement to even keep star Sydney open is even needed.
the sale (albeit even fire sale) of star casino would extinguish the debt they hold and then some , focus on qld as a whole.
unless im too much of a simpleton but this wouldn’t breach any covenant tests as at this point no debt is on.
let the 4000 jobs go and have nsw deal with it
