And how would it allow a smoother acquisition process if t/o was just around the corner. And how would giving the acquirer more ownership help in negotiating, if anything it would strengthen the acquirers bargaining position and consequently weaken ours. And why would Gino sell lower than the eventual t/o price. Does not make sense. No one else does it that way.
