There's another organisation in Hong Kong called Minerva Group Holding Ltd, which is incorporated in Bermuda but is on the HKSE. The logo has the 'Miner' and 'va' in different colours as if to conotate it with mining. https://www.minervagroup.hk/en-US/Pages/company-profile Couldn't find any mention of a Xiaowu Li on their site but they seem to have a proper office, corporate structure and BOD based in HK. No idea about trademark practises there but it seems unlikely that an unaffiliated investment company out of HK could also be calling themselves Minerva
