Good to see the ASX seek clarification regarding the transaction. I think it's important for existing and potential shareholders because of the extraordinary nature of the transaction that has taken place.
The company terminated discussions with TMF on the basis the offer was undervalued in addition to tax implications. Two days later they announced substantial transaction where a director and the wife of the former chairman liquidated part of their holdings for a significant premium.
Continuous disclosure obligations seem to be lacking.
