If you go over @Ironman50 posts there is nothing that is not factual. The fact is some people do not like the facts. The soothsayers forecasting RIM returning to an increasing SP are not availing themselves of the facts.

The convicted fraudster Giovinazzo worked hand-in-glove with the Board - that is crystal clear in any reading of the recent Supreme Court of Victoria judgment. As a SH I read it with interest to understand where this is heading. RIM's Board has a lot of questions to answer - and those answers will likely be given under oath in future proceedings. But I would opine that at that time they will no longer be officers of RIM.

For the record, any false innuendo you make reflects poorly on you. But don't let facts get in your way....

Let the markets decide, whenever it is that RIM's suspension is lifted.
