For what is worth my personal view is -

Anyone who continues to deny the impact of RIM with this court judgment does so at their own peril.

The Board ignored calls over the past 2+ years to disassociate all dealings between RIM and the convicted fraudster Michael James Giovinazzo. Yet they ignored such.

The Board must be held accountable for these actions which have been, IMO, to the detriment of all SHs.The Board MUST fall on their own swords and resign immediately – or else suffer the ignominy of being turfed out.

RIM has no money to fund any exploration, it is unlikely they will attract any white knights.RIM will be tied up for years with litigation from parties that try to trace their funds that were received by RIM - remembering that RIM was put on notice that Giovinazzo was operating without authority.
