I agree with you Bob. This was more than just a shareholder dispute at GPR but RIM have been knowingly dealing with a convicted fraudster, Michael Giovinazzo, who was NEVER a validly appointed director of GPR. There appears to be many who have been damaged by this conduct on the part of the RIM board and Giovinazzo. It is more than likely they will ultimately be seeking redress through the Courts. The RIM board are obviously concerned about the repercussions hence the trading halts because of the judgment.
