Consistent with its obligations under Listing Rule 3.1, Eden Innovations Ltd (“Eden” advises that it
has been unable to finalise its 2024 Annual Report by the deadline of 30 September 2024.
The reason for the delay, was that Eden was awaiting the execution of the Sale and Purchase
Agreement for its Augusta, Georgia property, which impacted on it arranging ongoing financing
arrangements that have now been largely resolved.
Eden expects to finalise the outstanding items and release the Annual Report prior to trading on the
7th of October 2024."
Just a bad report delayed a week to be able to show how the tide seems to be turning finally. Fair call.
