ASIC Have done nothing as far as I know it’s been reported by multiple people to them and I know I’ve done it twice myself. It would not be hard for ASIC to look at some of the announcements that CLZ have put out which are pretty obviously stretching the truth, it’s only been a couple of times that I can remember they’ve had to retract and re-release statements. You would only have to go through the history and comments on here over the last four years to know how much of a farce it has been and false and misleading statements that have been released, and then there’s of course people like barfcrap and his statements that should be investigated as well. ASIC don’t give a damn about some of the shoddy practices and misleading statements from this mob.
The only hope any of us have is if some journalist lost money and wanted to take up the case and push it into the public forum But most are too embarrassed to admit that they have been conned by the scammers, and that is why I keep speaking out even if just one person listen to what I said and didn’t lose their money I’m happy
