Well that is embarrassing for ACQ!!
my understanding is that under section 4.12 (periodic disclosure) of ASX listing rules. ACQ has to report monthly NTA within 14 days of month end..
" An investment entity must tell ASX the +net tangible asset backing of its +quoted +securities as at the end of each month immediately it is available for release to the market and in any event not later than 14 days after the end of that month."
"If the report is lodged between the closure of the market announcements office on Friday, 14 February 2025,
and the imposition of the suspension, the entity’s securities will normally be reinstated to quotation on the
next trading day after the suspension is imposed.'
