yeah I assume they are just trying to use the cdh17 prelim results to get enough interest to bring some investment in.
rad did manage to raise far higher than the market cap last year... so I guess we will have to see.
in a way I would rather they raise $20m at .004 than $100k at .004. at least with $20M we wouldn't then expect another discount raise within a month...
I say all this on the full knowledge that chm is my single largest losing stock in 20 years of investing
