Pretty much. Poor management has ruined this company. The assets look ok, but management appear more focussed on the next shiny thing, rather than build value in the assets they have.

Now there are multiple assets, each with a need for capital and a company that doesn’t have a market cap to support the capital required.

And those toxic funding arrangements in place are useless - the latest 4C said 18 quarters of cash, yet, those funding facilities require market liquidity to access the funds.

Thank goodness I sold out when I did - even if for a significant loss!
