That’s the way I’m reading it too. The Tanzanian Ministry’s Instagram post pretty much confirmed PEK and Shenghe have reached agreement—it’s just a matter of finalising the paperwork now. MOFCOM approval is likely already in the bag or just a formality at this point. Looks to me like they’re just aligning the timing for a full, watertight announcement on Friday.Happy to wait if it means we’re getting a signed, sealed, and delivered FID with full funding instead of more “potential.”
