the Angolans have been dudding LOM (S/H'ers) for so long, a lot of money still owing, and this comes immediately after the recent 51% outcome (which took so many years).
Really poor outcome and a bad reflection upon the serial managerial ineptitude, and here I was thinking that they might finally find the source kimberlite after the ownership rebalance.
