It will be an acquisition rather than selling the company. The company is changing its name and has taken down its website to rebuild and rebrand it with the new commodity and business model. You wouldn't bother doing any of this if you planned to sell. In my experience the best investments often emerge from a place of discomfort. Let's hope Adam is on to something here.
