looks to me HC is still alive for a long time, so there would be no need to look for another forum to post pact news or discussions.
My register somehow only captured up till Tuesday's purchasing from RG, like Raper said. But ultimately, there are chunks of block trade happened on Wednesday and Thursday so it is hard to say where the issue is, as most of shares traded on market of the date, will be updated by CS the very next date; only in special circumstances like off market transactions or block trade transactions.
I could be wrong but I don't deny that I have paid $275 for the latest update but to be found the update was the result of like 2-3 days ago earlier than what I paid for. But then, where is the latest result then, I figure? No where? All I am saying this is no one's fault here, more like depending on when CS updates it.
This coming register in Friday will meet t+3 days requirements but I will not guarantee it's updated accordingly because off market transactions or block trade transactions, which may require CS to update manually (in person). As you all can see with RG's announcement with Paul Washer's case (T+30 days odd for CS to update)
Having said that, including recent announcement and even today's volume, RG may top out at 1.5-1.6 mil shares which is less than 0.5 % (total volume of pact is 344, 290, 053 shares) and if RG thinks it is right, it only put him at 88.7%-88.8% top. This is no where to launch CA. As foresaw by Richard, this gives RG pretty much 2 choices, wait forever or another Take Over Bid is to be launched to own 100% of the company, which many holders stake the second one that RG would.
I heard back from Christina at CS that eventually, at this point, RG's and all other shareholders' shares will be returned to Pact (the issuer) and at a certain time soon, all will be issued by Computer Share a certificate with our names and our holding on it, including RG's. From there, we all can trade off-market transactions if needed to (ask Giz or CS if you want to know more) or wait for a take overbid. As friendlydwarves said, it is illegal to use the register list to solicit other holders to buy/sell shares so I figure it would be the same for RG, so unless RG mounts another takeover bid or people come to him, it is illegal for him to approach other shareholders to buy from them if I think it right?
For me, despite Christina's advices that there is no need to move broker as I will be issued a certificate anyways. I have took a precaution step to move my butt from CMC to Stakeshop's broker or aka(***) and my transferring has been successfully transferred and I had bought more PGH shares 1-2 weeks ago with them and all cost me $FREE services cost for some reason. They had offered me to register with Chess ASX too and I had done so. All I am saying is, if any one of us got hassle from the broker like Raper mentioned, please tell them what Christina told me or consider to move to any CHESS ASX broker like Stakeshop or Comsec etc.. which my holdings are right now with them.
I don't think delisting means I lose all money I invested in; and I think I am right.
For me, it's like my first unit I bought 2 years ago, a brick is still a brick after 2 years. So, all the news came out from Pact recently, could they please explain has any of the bricks in their plant site been damaged in the last 2 months other than to get some one to risk his/her butt to get on the scissor lifter to go up or climb the ladder to inspect the brick or roof's conditions? No, right? So are Pact saying, you guys are playing around with our heads instead of a brick at your building's site? That's what I thought. I can still sell out my property unit or Pact's can sell out a physical site for money plus profits right? Physical vs mentality huh? Tell me physical stuffs then.
I think from this point, Pact will post all positive news and extra dividend in the result right hihihihi? No more old scare tactics that I used to see right? Beside, what for duh?
If my math is right, those 2 orders of 250 k shares you see on market today is the last batches from Citicorp nominees. This makes me very happy because I count them to have 360k of shares left in their portfolio. This makes me in a better position of MY's portfolio because the remaining top holders are TIC's founders and HC members. If RG to negotiate to buy out the rest, this is TIC's and HC's calls.
Just my thoughts.
