You go back reread the Ann from the 10th regarding transition to Owner & operator and that was merely 4 or so weeks ago and nothing in that release suggested that we could find ourselves in the current situation. In fact, it pretty much inferred the opposite.

That’s what the governing bodies need to scrutinise and then hold to account those that essentially mislead the market with that announcement.
