    prudent management really - less cash flow spare - why even entertain a dividend???

    Current TO restricts them anyway - but the last thing I want to see is a dividend funded by debt.

    Possibly see it as a way to further encourage sale acceptance though... dont agree with their actions, but the Q4 report is gloomy
