At least they have FINALLY clarified where we stand with Itochu. Quite a few months overdue, and rather unbelievable that a company could be so positive they would win a debateable court case that they didn't even conceive of the implications of such an agreement if the case was lost.
If my performance matched what we have seen of AGS' management, I'd have had the boot long ago.
