they must all be in on it together, otherwise the money would have been given to a third party as deposit holder for security, i mean really who simply becomes an unsecured creditor of a indo based company...hmmm i smell breach of fiduciary duty - perhaps a case for asic...we shall see
all in all symptomatic of the disgrace that has become the kangaroo capitalist ASX - sad but true
