I guess in 50/50 JV case one party can buy other party out. I think even with a very attractive package MLX board still have to present it to shareholders to vote on their decision. If that the case then we just have to wait for other party offer. I think there many long term shareholders here their average shares may be above $0.5 Not sure the other party can afford to favour all shareholders.
