The JV is the asset and the JV (Bluestone Mines of Tasmania JV Pty Ltd) owns Renison. The ownership of the JV determines who owns Renison and the current ownership of the JV is 50/50. The JV agreement has an agreed process should one party want to buy the other out but there are some conditions. That's all I'm saying
