The deal is, if one party makes an offer the other party can either accept, reject or make the same offer and get the assets for the offer price. so it would be far easier for leverage sake to just make a hostile take over of MLX and bypass the whole process. Wake up, put on a pretty dress because you know what’s about to happen. And I’m not sure the courtesy of a hot meal will be rendered beforehand .
