Effectively, closing cash and working capital of around $71.2 million.

Since todays announcement: Cash and cash backed bonds of $56 million.

Closing costs after two months for Nifty - $34 million.

56 - 34 = 22 million.

Final shipment to produce $13 million.

22 + 13 = $35 million.

Carrying $35 million of debt with Citibank.

Current Market Cap around $104 million

At .13 cents = Market cap around $117.52 million

At .15 cents = Market cap around $135 million
