SFR paid $72mill cash + 1% NSR for TLM's 30% share of Monty.
$50mill + NSR for Nifty would be a win imo.
Nifty holds value with the right team and balance sheet which isnt MLX.
Any acquirer may want Renison packed in too which is the wildcard.
