Do you think that the counterparty to the deal may need clarity on who sits around the board room table before they deal ??? Perhaps they have no interest in dealing with Keybridge and Aurora controlled board. Don't share your view on AGM outcome as Keybridge Aurora look dead in the water right now, I doubt other shareholders would want them managing their money.
