this is awful....just awful.....but lucky me, first time ever...

this is awful....just awful.....but lucky me, first time ever dealing with a complete flop....can I claim my loses now (I will be doing my tax return in September) or do I have to wait till get something in writing from them.?...will we be getting something for our records?....

it is devastating...few thousands lost here....but in the end it is only money - and nothing was borrowed ....just savings invested here....it still hurts...
