Just got this email from the Company Sec:

The ASX is withholding the release of the quarterly until the announcement is released, as the quarterly refers to the information contained in this announcement.
The draft announcement is being reviewed by ASX.
Once they clear it for release, we expect to be back trading. The timing is not in our hands. May be later today, may be next week. We don't know yet. As soon as we have a time we (and the ASX) will inform the market.
We are very happy with how things are developing with the project. We are confident that QBL will have a bright future.
