Pnina Feldman - Mining Entrepreneur -Executive Chairperson/President publicly listed and unlisted companies -Principal -Head Shlucha Chabad Sydney NSW-Community leader-Educator- Counsellor-family person. Pnina Feldman was the first woman in Australia to publicly list a mining company, be the chairperson, CEO and the largest shareholder. This company was known as Diamond Rose NL. The company catapulted Mrs Feldman into the BRW top 200 rich list in the first year of listing. Because of the Guanaco Gold mine in Chile that was purchased by Diamond Rose, the company was taken over by a South American group of investors and is now known as Austral Gold. Pnina then founded Australian Gold Investments (AGD) (ASX listed) which because of its later acquired bauxite assets in Queensland, changed its name to Queensland Bauxite (QBL). Pnina is also chairperson of publicly unlisted Plateau Bauxite. Pnina is also the founding president of Volcan Holdings Inc, a US bulletin board listed company which upon listing, was publicised in the US as the most successful merger of the year. Pnina also has access to numerous gemstone mines and tenements, and highly prospective gold and diamond tenements. Pnina studied Law/Arts at Melbourne University, before graduating Gateshead College England. Pnina has founded numerous educational, charitable and women’s initiatives, and received the Wentworth community award in 2007 from the then Federal Government Minister and Wentworth MP the Hon Malcolm Turnbull. Pnina is also Consultant Principal to Yeshiva College Bondi and was founder of Yeshiva Girls High School currently known as Kesser Torah College.
