Further to the request for a trading halt on 31 January 2018 and pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2,
Centaurus Metals Limited (ASX: CTM) (‘the Company’) requests that its securities be placed in
voluntary suspension pending the finalisation and release of an announcement in regard to its
completion of a significant project acquisition and capital raising. The Company expects to make this
announcement before the opening of trade on Monday 5 February 2018.
The Company is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be suspended.
