No companies listed, but there have been some listed over the years that have reported large amounts of cash, have been based in China and ended up not having the funds. One that traded below cash backing for years was SBB (Sunbridge). There were years of discussions on hotcopper as to whether the cash was there or not.
I thought their Hong Kong basis might be more legit- The Hong Kong group which was involved in the Niseko ski lodge looked legit-- https://infinitycapital.hk/projects-item/tellus-villas/ Jonathon Cheng, The MD is listed as the CEO of Infinity Capital.
