All mute points because the shares were in escrow.
Nova knew it needed cash within 6 months of the LITM float, yet they agreed to the terms of the float. It isn't a good look when the major share holder turns around and says hang on we are going to flog off the shares we agreed to put into escrow less than 6 months ago.
How hard is it to do a bit of forward cash flow projection and stop this nonsense, plus cost shareholder money.
