Negatives:-Selling at $6 when sp went as high as $10 (Although LITM was at $6 only 1 month ago - need to make it attractive to investors)Positives:-Investment in Snow Lake up 2500% in 5 years-NVA doesn't need to CR at these oversold SP levels and anchor the SP-AUD$24m to take us to the end of the year with 0 dilution to shareholders (take us to updated PFS which will include RPM)-NVA maintains 69% of it's stake in LITM to continue exposure to lithium market-The lock up in remaining LITM holding until March 2023 provides security for LITM shareholders and likely lines up well with the end of NVA's new cash runway-NVA no longer controlling entity of LITM and can trade on the market freely post escrow providing great fund raising flexibility/optionality (NVA will have more leverage in conversations with investors)
