UPDATE ON SUSPENSION
Further to the ASX announcement dated 3rd November 2016 in relation to the suspension of its securities, TV2U International Limited (“TV2U” “the Company”) advises that the Company’s initial hearing, which was held on 18 November 2016, was adjourned.
The adjournment was to allow the Company to provide the Court with further evidence. The Company is continuing to work with its legal advisers to provide the information as soon as possible and the Company will continue to keep shareholders updated on further developments as they occur.
