    Well this is the guy that released an 'announcement' that read more like a social media status update late one night from his hotel room in Malaysia or somewhere... A stream of consciousness ramble that was completely un-needed and unprofessional. Mini-bar inspired I'd say.

    Now we have this excuse.

    Maybe he was lining up a capital raise in London?
