TV2U – Suspension Update TV2U International Limited (ASX:TV2) refers to the request for voluntary suspension granted by ASX on 6 February 2017 pending an update in relation to its OTT entertainment service in Brazil.

The Company does not expect to be in a position to provide the full details of the update to the market before trading commences on 7 February 2018, due in part to the fact that the Company’s CEO is currently in transit between the UK and Australia. Accordingly, pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, the Company requests an extension of the voluntary suspension of its securities until the date of the announcement, expected to be made by, at the latest 9 February 2018.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
