I seldom invest in tech companies but I got into CIO as I actually thought they didn't hype too much. On the other side of the coin they can't just go on signing these contracts and not releasing them to market, insiders would have a field day being the only ones that know contracts exist. Revenue was up 350+% last year, I think there is plenty of substance to what they are announcing. When they start talking a big game and the numbers don't back it up I'll be the first to sell.
