agree with your comments, though i am still not convinced the circus know the magnitude.... the announcement still states "Potential cost increase" !!!!
hence, for it to be a company killer the loss needs to be in the magnitude of $10M+ ..... if only a couple of million then they have a fair chance of getting some money from their client... this is why i believe it may be a storm in a tea cup...
