This announcement is a spit in the face of shareholders. Just another example of how management runs the company - like a private one! No explanation, no expected timeline, nothing. It could be one of two (or a mix) - either the questions are indeed very challenging for the company to answer (in which case, not good since it suggests they violated reporting requirements and maybe more) or the company is stalling in the hopes of coming out to the market with positive business updates that will prevent SP from collapsing. Either way, I think we should keep the pressure on management. This is certainly not a sufficient response! To the extent possible we may also want to start looking into our legal alternatives in case this does come out of suspension with just more BS answers from management
