Absolutely no reason to feel ashamed.
In my opinion, a reasonable person would not expect the company to make such an overwhelmingly positive announcement as the Commencement of Biomass Shipment announcement on the 28th of Oct when the company was aware that the first 100 acres had only yielded 50k pounds. Regardless of whether this information was a confidential matter of supposition.
