Don't get me wrong, I love these guys and more than impressed by what they have achieved. Is it a good idea to smart arse the ASX, even when you may feel aggrieved by their actions? I don't think so and it's not in the interest of shareholders when we have outcomes like the current. I am no great fan of ASX on the whole and feel their approach is at times ham fisted. I'm also confident that ANO's misdemeanors, if any, are slight.
