    Read item 8...8.1 thru 8.6
    Note - Quarters of $ left = 2.09

    If less than 2 quarters please see item 8.8 (If they paid the auditors they would have less than 2 quarters, then they would have to answer 8.8 1,2 & 3. and state how they plan on surviving financially)

    Then look at item 7 thru 7.6 and it’s notes!

    Simply, it appears they have no money! Just massive debt!
