As @trumpy71 has indicated, Brewer is the tip of the iceberg.
There is a very very long line of directors/companies/corporate advisors/spin off companies going back 15 plus years and it is intriguing to follow the trail, be little solace for those caught in this debacle but Brewer is/always coming being linked with these two in the article.

So true. Due diligence before buying low priced shares is a must.
There is a big difference in the meaning of 'low priced'shares and 'cheap' and stock with association of these guys is a big red flag. But they still attract many raging bulls who cant be told
