First step is EM1 needs to announce the divestment of Miggster.

Second step is ASX has to then be okay with the announcment or there maybe further queries.

Given there hasn't been an announcement it is likely that either;

A) EM1 has provide ASX the announcement right before open and the ASX had further queries before they would release it.

B) EM1 haven't provided an update.

C) They aren't divesting Miggster anymore and have provided this update however this would likely also cause the ASX to ask EM1 to respond in full to the AFR article where they said that EM1 is funnelling Crowd1's money.

Either way I think it is highly unlikely EM1 won't be trading until Miggster is divested at a minimum...
