I have checked the Campaspe Shire Council site for information regarding possible planning approvals or information regarding environmental projects of this nature and as of last week could not find any information. Because it is on private land there could be preliminary processes taking place but eventually it has to surface with environmental impact statements and development applications available for the public. I think that a good question for the AGM or right now might be " at what stage is Vic1 Stanhope at".
