It is difficult to fathom why it would take this long for an investor and more particularly an investor who is familiar with staged project financing to come to a conclusion when there are projects with approvals waiting to be commenced. Is it about length of time to construct - is it about materials shortages - is it about the costings uncertainty - is it just plain trust - who knows. The fate of Delorean lies in the hands of Palisade and Roadnight and I guess I should end by asking whether they are talking to one another. The one thing I cannot say is that concept and its values are not dead and should not be but I feel that my breathing is restricted LCE.
