    Buys the company time for the SA1 and VIC1 FID to be concluded. Hopefully also sedates the CER from enforcing the infringement. I am not confident the DD will be completed in ~4 weeks time but the company has ironically kicked the can down the Road(night). If it falls through, I have no doubt that the CER will fire up legal proceedings to recoup what is owed.
