Interesting developments. It's another 3rd party doing due diligence in order for the company to survive. Not ideal, but obviously better than the alternative. Well done to the directors for finding a potential pathway forward.
I did a quick search and checked out their website. I wonder what collateral they'd ask and interest rate they'd seek to compensate for the risk they're taking on. It's all about the terms of any deal struck.
