In the Quarterly they described pastefill plant delays. That probably contributed to the dilution -- stopes need to be filled otherwise the hanging wall waste rock starts to fail. They can refine the stope design going forward to reduce the size and also they will want to look at the accuracy of the blast holes and grade control holes.
